The plastic mould injection technique is simple: heated polymers are injected into a mould cavity under great pressure–typically 5,000 to 30,000 PSI–to form the part. We use this method in a variety of ways, depending on the needs of the customer. Our specialised injection moulding technologies may be utilised to create a wide range of products and parts, from simple single-cavity parts to sophisticated multi-cavity parts, resulting in virtually endless possibilities.
